JoLynn Mullen, Recruiter and Staffing Supervisor
JoLynn joined our team in 2014. She brings prior staffing experience and has spent more than 30 successful years in customer service and public relations. She strives to ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations. JoLynn is especially skilled in pairing the right person with the right job. When she’s not at work, she enjoys fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with family.
Saprina Odom, Recruiter and Staffing Supervisor
Saprina joined our team in 2019 with nearly 15 years of customer service, inside sales and public relations experience. Her objective is to ensure her customers and clients are always satisfied. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting and relaxing on the water.
Tammy Miller, Business Development Director
Nicole Oliver, Accounting and Administrative Manager
Nicole joined our team in 2017. She brings more than 10 years of experience and success building mutually beneficial relationships in customer service and outside sales. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is happily married with two young children. When Nicole is not spending time with her family she enjoys relaxing in her pool, reading a good book and going to the beach.

Lana Fillyaw, President and Owner
Lana founded Lanmark Staffing in 2006. She brings 30 years of experience in Staffing and Human Resources. Lana spent several years of her career working for a national staffing company and two locally-owned staffing companies prior to opening Lanmark Staffing. Her goal for herself and the Lanmark Staffing team is to build lasting partnerships with each client and employee. She is married with one son and two grandchildren. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, relaxing at the lake and cooking.
